What You'll Do:

Design and implement ICT processes with a focus on Policy Lifecycle Management.

Review and update system documentation regularly to ensure everything is accurate and up-to-date.

Collaborate with our internal ICT teams to continuously improve processes.

Create templates for internal use within the ICT department.

Ensure that business continuity plans and system documentation are optimized and maintained.
What We’re Looking For:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.

Experience in Process Design and Policy Lifecycle Management.

Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and system documentation.

Knowledge of ITIL v4 practices.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems.
